JAMB WILL USE CCTV CAMERAS TO MONITOR EXAMINATION

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will make use of Close Circuit Television (CCTV) Cameras to monitor the forthcoming 2017 JAMB CBT in order to curb examination malpractices.

JAMB registrar, Prof Ishaq Oloyede, speaking with CBT center proprietors nationwide said CBT centers should install CCTV cameras in order to avoid the errors of the past and ensure that the best is offered Nigerians.

“In addition to the CCTV cameras, all CBT centers must have at least 250 computers in a single room with 25 back up computers”. Oloyede said.

“All the ten fingers of candidates must be captured during data capturing and anyone whose ten fingers cannot be captured should be directed to JAMB headquarters in Abuja”.
